On every job, whichever porches service you need.
We walk your property, take real measurements, and talk through how you'll actually use the space before drawing anything up.
We pull the necessary local permits and make sure setbacks, egress, and railing code are handled so you're not left explaining it to an inspector.
Every footing goes down to at least 48 inches, below the regional frost line, so posts don't heave when the ground freezes and thaws.
New porch roofs, trim, and fascia are cut and pitched to tie into your existing house lines instead of looking bolted on.
Framing, roofing, screening, railings, flooring, and staining are all handled in-house, so one crew is accountable start to finish.
All hardscape and carpentry work is backed for two years against defects in how it was built, not just the materials.
Materials we work with
We'll walk you through the tradeoffs between low-maintenance composite and the natural look of wood before you commit to either.
From first call to done right.
Free consult and measure
We come out, look at what you've got, and talk through what you want the porch to do for you.
Written estimate and design
You get a clear, itemized estimate before any deposit changes hands, with a plan sketch for anything structural.
Build or repair
Our crew handles the work in stages, keeping your property clean and your walkway usable as much as possible.
Walkthrough and warranty
We inspect the finished porch with you and register it under our two-year workmanship warranty.
"They rebuilt our front steps and matched the fascia trim so well you can't tell where the old porch ends and the new one begins."

Common questions
Do I need a permit to build or rebuild a porch in Western New York?
Most new construction and any change to the footprint or roofline needs a permit; straightforward repairs often don't. We check with your local building department before we start so there are no surprises.
Do you work through the winter?
We schedule foundation and framing work around hard freezes, but interior-facing work like screening, staining, and railing fabrication can often continue into the colder months.
Which of the eight porch services is right for me?
If you're not sure whether you need a repair, a new build, or just new railings, tell us what's bothering you about your current porch and we'll point you to the right service during the free consult.
Is the two-year warranty different from a materials warranty?
Yes. Manufacturers warranty their decking, screening, or roofing materials separately; our two-year workmanship warranty covers how we built and installed everything.
