Privacy Policy

KP Landscaping collects the information you give us. Name, contact details, property address and project notes. Solely to provide estimates, schedule work and communicate about your projects. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Quote and application forms are transmitted securely. Photos you share of your property are used only to scope and document your job. You may request a copy or deletion of your information at any time by emailing sales@kplandscaping.us.

Our website uses basic analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful. You can decline non-essential cookies without affecting your ability to request a quote.

Terms of Service

Estimates are free, written and valid for 30 days from the date issued. Work begins upon signed approval of the estimate; changes in scope are priced and approved in writing before they are performed.

Hardscape installations carry a two-year workmanship warranty from the date of completion. Plantings installed and water-planned by KP Landscaping carry a one-time, first-season replacement guarantee. Warranties cover workmanship, not damage from misuse, third-party work, or extraordinary weather events.

Invoices are due at the walkthrough unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing. Payment plans run on the schedule stated in the approved quote; early payoff is permitted without penalty.
