What counts as an emergency?
Anything touching a structure, vehicle, or access route, or a tree that's cracked, freshly leaning, or hung up in another tree. If you're unsure, call; the assessment costs nothing.
Does insurance cover emergency tree work?
When the tree hits a covered structure, usually yes. We document everything and bill in the format adjusters ask for.
