Are estimates really free?
Yes. On-site, written and itemized, with no deposit and no obligation. It's how we've won work since 2009.
How fast will I hear back?
Same business day for quote requests; estimates are usually scheduled within the week, faster in shoulder seasons.
Do you price-match?
We'll always explain where our number comes from, line by line. If a lower bid skips base depth, drainage or permits, we'll show you exactly where. Then it's your call.
Can big projects be paid monthly?
Yes. Patios, walls, decks, fences, large tree jobs and full landscapes can be split into monthly installments. See the Financing page or ask on the estimate.
Scheduling & service
Which services are Buffalo-only?
Weekly lawn mowing and seasonal snow plowing. They run on dense routes that only work close to home. Everything else covers Buffalo, Rochester and Batavia/Genesee County.
How far ahead should I book?
Cleanups and mulch: 3 to 4 weeks. Patios, decks and fences: 4 to 8 weeks in season. Tree emergencies: now. Call the 24/7 line.
Do you work in the rain?
Light rain, yes; anything that compromises safety or quality (concrete pours, seeding washouts) moves. You get a text either way, before the scheduled start.
Do I have to be home?
Only for the estimate walk and the final walkthrough. Between those, most customers just get photo updates.
Guarantees & paperwork
Are you licensed and insured?
Fully. Liability and workers' comp on every crew. Certificates come with the estimate packet; you never have to ask twice.
What does the two-year hardscape warranty cover?
Workmanship: settling, heaving joints, base failures. Manufacturer warranties on pavers and block run separately. Often decades.
Who pulls permits?
We do, wherever decks, porches, fences or walls need them, and we meet the inspector. Copies go in your closing packet.
