Yard Leveling and Grading
Standing water, ankle-turning low spots, or a lawn that slopes toward the foundation. Grading fixes the problem underneath instead of mowing around it forever.

Good to know
Code and common sense both want the ground falling about 6 inches over the first 10 feet from your foundation. If your basement gets damp after storms, walk the outside during rain. Wherever water sits is where we start.

Will you wreck the existing lawn?
We disturb only what the grade requires and restore everything we touch. Most jobs look seamless by the next season.
Can you fix water pooling by the foundation?
That's the most common call we get. Regrading plus downspout management solves the large majority of cases without any interior work.
