Good to know
High pressure on vinyl or wood does permanent damage - the green comes back but the etching doesn't leave. If you're washing a deck to stain it, book us at least a week ahead of the stain date so the wood dries fully.
Common questions
How often should a house be washed?
Every 2 to 3 years for most siding; north-facing and shaded homes grow algae faster. Bundling house, concrete and deck washing saves on the trip.
Will washing strip paint or stain?
Sound paint, no - soft wash pressures are gentler than rain. Failing paint will flake, which is honest news: it was leaving anyway.
