Fresh-cut edges and two to three inches of quality mulch - the fastest way to make the whole property look maintained, and the cheapest insurance your plants can buy.
What's included
Bed edging - a clean spade or machine edge that holds its line all season
Weed and debris prep - beds cleared before a single yard of mulch goes down
Quality mulch - double-shredded hardwood, dyed or natural, delivered and installed
Tree rings - proper flat rings, never mulch volcanoes piled against the trunk
Good to know
More is not better: past three inches, mulch suffocates roots and invites fungus. If your beds have years of buildup, we'll rake back or remove the old layer before topping off - it costs a little more and saves the plants.
Common questions
How much mulch do I need?
One cubic yard covers roughly 100 square feet at 3 inches deep. We measure your beds on the estimate so you pay for what they take, not a guess.
Dyed or natural mulch?
Dyed holds its color a full season; natural hardwood breaks down a bit faster but feeds the soil. Both are quality double-shred - pick by look.
