Good to know
We cap each route so a lake-effect event doesn't leave anyone stranded, which means we stop selling new contracts once routes fill, usually by mid-November. Sign up in fall for the best chance at a spot; mid-winter openings only come up when a route has room. And if you're snowed in right now, contract or not, our emergency snow crew answers 24/7.

How does the seasonal contract work?
One flat price covers November through April, with unlimited storms over the 2 inch trigger. No per-push surprises even in a hundred-inch winter.
Can you plow our business parking lot?
Yes. Commercial lots, HOAs and multi-unit properties get priority dispatch so you are cleared before opening, with salting and ice-melt available on every visit.
When exactly do you come?
Trucks roll as soon as accumulation hits the trigger, prioritized so every driveway and lot is open before 7am and re-cleared again after the storm tapers off.
