Yes, we offer a heavier-gauge pet screen for households with dogs or cats that tends to push or scratch at panels.
Do the screen panels need to come out for winter?
Not necessarily. Aluminum screen framing is built to stay up year-round, though some homeowners choose to swap in solid winter panels for extra wind protection.
Can you screen in a porch that already has a roof?
That's the most common situation we work with. As long as the existing roof and posts are structurally sound, we build the screen framing off what's already there.
Will screening actually cut down on mosquitoes and lake flies?
Significantly, though not to zero. Combined with a tight-fitting self-closing door, most customers see a dramatic drop in bugs getting inside the porch.
