Custom Fence Installation
When an off-the-shelf fence won't match your property, we design and build a custom fence from the ground up. Mixed materials, varied heights, gates in the right spots, built to your exact layout.
What's included
We verify and stake your exact boundary before design begins, so the fence sits precisely where it should.
Privacy, semi-privacy, picket, or a mix along one fence line. We design to what the property and any HOA actually require.
Posts are set below the WNY frost line and spaced to the load of your chosen material and any wind exposure.
We confirm setback and height rules with your municipality and file the paperwork before we break ground.
Stepped or racked panels keep the fence line looking intentional on sloped or uneven yards instead of stair-stepping awkwardly.
Gates are planned into the design from day one, sized and located for how you actually move through the yard.
Materials
A custom design often blends materials. Say, aluminum for a street-facing section and cedar for backyard privacy. And we'll price each combination separately so you know what you're paying for.
From first call to done right.
Design consultation
We meet on-site to talk through your goals, sketch layout options, and discuss material combinations.
Survey and permitting
We confirm property lines, finalize the design, and secure any required municipal permits.
Custom installation
Crews set posts below frost depth and build out the fence line exactly to the approved design, gates included.
Walkthrough and warranty paperwork
We review the finished fence together and hand over your two-year workmanship warranty documentation.
"We wanted cedar in back and something lower-maintenance facing the street. They actually drew it out and priced both sections separately instead of pushing one material on the whole yard."

Custom Fence Installation FAQs
Can you mix materials in one custom fence design?
Yes. Combining materials by section, like aluminum along the front and wood in back, is one of the most common requests we get.
Will you handle HOA approval for a custom fence?
We'll provide drawings and material specs for your HOA submission, though the approval itself has to come from your association.
How long does a custom fence installation take?
Most custom projects take one to two weeks from the start of digging to the final walkthrough, depending on total footage and material lead times.
Can you match an existing fence style on my property?
In most cases yes. Bring us a photo or let us see the existing section and we'll match height, spacing and finish where the products allow.
